We did extensive and deep research on the topics that would benefit the apparel industry community in Bangladesh to keep pace with the changing digital technologies. We outlined 4-5 key themes to focus on and created a detailed event agenda for panel discussions and keynotes. We helped with creating the entire Identity and Branding for the event. From Logo to Website to Marketing Brochures.
We also conducted research on who would be the top experts and leading innovators and disruptors in the fashion tech world to reach out to. We then did an extensive outreach effort using targeted email campaigns and social media campaigns to get them to support and join the event. We even got top companies to sponsor the event. We did the entire social media marketing and digital marketing content creation and execution for the event to create the buzz.
Given the fact that there was no past precedent to show, we still managed to create a new concept for the first time ever in the history of Bangladesh, with participation from 17 top level experts from global leaders like IBM Watson, Tukatech, Juki, Universal Robots, Lectra and others.
Collaborating with 25 partners (sponsors/exhibitors) from across 15 different countries, the event was a huge success and was attended by 450+ C-Suite leaders and key influencer from the Bangladesh Fashion Manufacturing Industry.
